Rules
Seated correctly on the preacher bench, feet are firmly on the floor. Grasp the bar, and ensure that both of your elbows are well supported and that your armpits stable on the top edge of the pad.
Competition time begins with the up motion advancing to the top vertical position. Curl the bar upwards, so that your forearms will be in a vertical position when you complete the curling stage of the exercise.
Return the bar to the starting position, and repeat until 2:00 minutes has stopped or contestant has been flagged three times.
Make sure you don't rock your body to gain momentum and never bounce the bar on the way down. Contestants can go fully extended but may not rest. Stopping on the bottom extension will result in a flagged rep and will not count.
All contestants will be weigh-in on event scale and contestants will weigh-in with the same clothing or apparel they will compete in. Event scales are final.
A rep can be flagged and three flags will stop the contestant's attempt.
1. The lifting of the seat
2. Feet coming off the floor
3. Not reaching the vertical position on the top end of the curl
4. Not reaching the horizontal position on the bottom end of the curl
5. Bouncing is not allowed(one can have a complete extension)
6. Flagged reps DO NOT COUNT towards a completed number of reps.
